Q: What surface finish is required for outdoor use/indoor cold storage?

A: Our team recommends the hot-dip zinc finish, allowing our product to withstand outdoor elements and cold storage environments.
We could provide you with the best surface finish for your needs and prolong the life of the product without spending more money.

Q: How can you control your quality?

A: Our inspection process is systematic and carried out by a highly experienced team. We adhere to customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, meticulously performing inspections at each stage of production. Q: What is the MOQ?

A: MOQ is 1*20GP for standard item.
You could start a MOQ to test the quality and if popular in your country. Without too much cost.

Q: Which models sell best in your factory?

A: Our best-selling models, YST-R1 and YST-R2, consistently meet the needs of our customers year after year. In fact, they are versatile enough to accommodate the majority of use cases. So we highly recommend YST-R1 model to you at this time. Trust us, you won't be disappointed.

Q: How long is the warranty of the racks?

A: We guarantee the product for 1-3 years. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions

Q: What to do when the stacking rack is not in use?

A: Detachable: 4 solid steel posts can be removed from the main body of the rack. Store the detachable column and the base separately, saving a lot of space.
Fold Down: When not in use, fold down the sides for easy storage. Only takes up less than 10% of the space.

Q: Are tire racks safe to use?

A: The service life of the  tire racks depending on the using environment and the weight you load on it. Generally, it can be used for 1 to 3 years.

Q: Can you design drawings for me?

A: Our engineers can design drawings for you free of charge. You only need to tell us the specific details such as the size of the warehouse, etc. We will design the 3D drawings of the racks and renderings for your confirmation and give you an accurate quotation according to the drawings.

Q: Can you provide installation service?

A: The installation of detachable racks is usually relatively simple, just install the four post, most of our customers install racks by themselves, we will provide installation videos to guide you through the installation.
More racks are packaged and transported after installation, and can be used after unpacking, which is very convenient and saves time.

Q: Do you have racks in stock?

A: We don't have stacking racks in stock.

Q: Can a fully loaded tire rack with wheels be pushed by one operator?

A: Yes, stacking racks are designed with heavy duty casters that allow for ease of use even when fully loaded.

 

Sample Information

 

Q: Can you make samples according to my photo?

A: We can custom sample creation based on your photos. You are able to tailor a variety of details such as logo and name plate to your preference. Once the sample is complete, we thoroughly review and test it to ensure it meets your specifications. As part of our quality assurance process, we supply inspection reports.

Q: Is there a charge for samples?

A: Samples are charged, it is imperative to note that we only charge for the labor costs and not for profit. And upon confirmation of your order, we will return the sample charge. We guarantee the quality of our samples and will provide progress updates through photos and videos for your review. If you have any specific requests during the sample preparation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q: Does your company have export experience?

A: Yes, YST have over 17 years extensive experience in the field. And understand customs requirements clearly, the export certificates and bills of lading can be provided, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your shipping requirements.

Q: Does your company have after-sales service?

A: We offer a one year warranty, and we can provide warranty service as long as the problem occurs within one year under reasonable use circumstances. In addition, we offer a remote installation guidance service if you have questions about installation.

Q: What is the payment method?

A: We accept any convenient and prompt payment methods, but the most widely used one is T/T. The payment term is 30% down payment before production and 70% before shipment.

Q: Can I come to China for factory inspection?

A: Of course, if you come to China, we will arrange the trip for you. If you are not convenient to come to China, we can also inspect the factory online through zoom.

Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit?

A: Our factory is located in Qingdao, Shandong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.

 

Shipping Information

 

Q: What is your delivery date?

A: Delivery time 4 weeks agaist the payment.
Place order at least in 2 month advance, as production time 4 weeks and shipping time 4 weeks.
2 weeks for raw material booking and tooling make + 1 weeks welding job + 3~5 days zinc + 2 days packing & loading.

Q: What to do if there is damage during transportation?

A: Although unlikely, there is still a possibility of damage during transportation. If this occurs, we will promptly organize team to address the situation and present a satisfactory solution tailored to the damage at hand. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Q: Can you provide transportation service?

A: With ample export experience, our company not only offers FOB, CNF, CIF, EXW services, but also provide DDU and DDP services. After confirming that the product packaging is correct, transport of your goods to the designated port, customs clearance is then promptly arranged. Usually the transit time ranges from 15-45 days, contingent upon distance.
