Wire mesh

What Kind of Surface Treatment Can Be Chosen?
There are three options for the surface treatment of the detachable rack, including powder coating, zinc galvanized, and hot-dip galvanized.
The best choice depends on your specific needs and the environment in which the rack will be used.
Powder Coating
The working principle of powder coating is to spray powder onto the surface of the workpiece under the action of an electric field. After powder coating, they are brightly colored and beautiful in shape. Racks of different colors can be placed in different areas for easy identification.
Zinc Galvanized
This way refers to coating a metal surface with a layer of zinc.
The zinc coating is thicker, uniform, and without pores, and it has good corrosion resistance. It comes in two colors, silver and gold, and is beautiful and decorative.
Hot-dip Galvanized
This is a process in which the parts to be plated are immersed in a molten zinc liquid to form a metal coating on the surface. The appearance is silver. It has the characteristics of anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance, and can be used in cold storage.
Quality Control
Sample Inspection
Allows to fully understand the quality of the racks and whether adjustments are still needed before mass production. The picture shows a sample of heavy-duty stack racks undergoing a loading capacity inspection. The tested loading capacity is 2 tons.
Raw Material Inspection
This step is the basis of production. The quality of raw materials directly affects the quality of the entire project. On the left, showing the inspection of tube diameter. Unqualified raw materials will be returned.
Semi-finished Product Inspection
Finding problems in the production process, such as inaccurate dimensions, improper workmanship, etc., so as to take timely measures for correction and improvement. In the picture, the outer diameter of the round pipe without surface treatment is tested.
Finished Product Inspection
Ensure that racks fully meet customer requirements and standards and will be re-produced if expectations are not met. The Picture shown are size measurements.
Packaging Inspection
Proper packaging plays a crucial role in safeguarding products against damage, contamination, and other potential risks. It ensures the safety and integrity of the products. The upright packaging method on the left is buckle packaging, and the round one is rotary packaging.
Loading Inspection
After verifying the containers' quality, workers load them according to the packing diagram(drawn by technicians). This step guarantees accurate quantities and intact racks, ensuring that no substandard items are sent out.
