A: 1) For a full container shipment, the destination port charge was charged by the shipping company. It's fixed and not negotiable. 2) For LCL shipment, it's charged by the shipping agency; we could double-check the cost before arranging the shipment.

A: (1) Once you confirm the drawing and arrange payment, we will purchase the raw materials. This process takes about 10 to 15 days. After we receive the materials, we will offer you an inspection for material checking.
(2) Next, we will proceed with the production process, which also takes 10 to 15 days and includes cutting the materials, welding, and surface treatment.
(3) After that, we will conduct a thorough 100% quality check before packing the items. At the same time, we will book shipping space for your equipment. Throughout the entire process, we will provide you with photos and videos for updates.
