It is fully movable by forklift, allowing you to bring items across the warehouse with ease. The nestable feature also allows you to effectively save your valuable space when not in use. Moreover, its strong structure gives it a very high resistance to earthquakes which makes it ideal even for locations with seismic activity. Not only is the Nestainer Rack easy to move and nestable, but it is also made of premium quality materials (mild steel Q235) giving it superior strength and durability – ensuring a long lasting service life for your storage needs! Its open design makes bulk storing of goods easier as you can access each layer directly from above or below. Additionally, this allows quick picking of items too making it convenient for any level of operation.

Hot-dip galvanizing - for products that need to withstand moisture, salt spray, and other corrosive elements. It's a great option for exposed post pallets in many indoor and outdoor applications.

Wire mesh guard (side detachable/ back fixed)
It is an option that prevents small items and products from collapsing. It can also be installed on the front.
Central pillar (side detachable/ back fixed)
It is an option that suppresses the falling of unstable loads such as flexible container bags. It is also possible to increase the pillar quantity.
Anti-roll bar (side detachable /back fixed)
It is an option that suppresses the fall of the load. It is possible to increase the number of bars.
Forklift guide
It is an option to move the load safely. It can also be installed on the back side.
Intermediate shelf (detachable)
Two pallets can be stored in one unit, enabling efficient storage.
Bottom steel plate
You can choose the material of the bottom plate from plywood and iron plate. Drilling is also possible.
Different Types
Benefits of Different Types
Normal type
- You can use a forklift to move the Nestainer racks with your items.
- There is no need to unload the cargo when changing the layout of the warehouse, and it can be loaded directly onto the truck.
Reverse type
- One Nestainer can store two pallets. For example, if you stack two Reverse Nestainers, you can store three levels of items.
- In addition, reverse pallet nestainers are recommended for warehouses with low ceilings because they are lower than "normal Nestainers" when stacked in 2 to 4 layers.
Rail type
- A rail-on-rail method that slides the rail at the bottom of the main unit and the rail at the top.
- We are proud of high damping characteristics by rail-on-rail system of three corners.
Pin type
- Compared to the rail type, it leads to an improvement in the number of items that can be stored.
- Since there is no rail, the weight is light and it is excellent in cost merit.
- Because the joint is a pin, it is easier to detachable than the rail type.
