●When met with the customers, we found that they are unhappy
In December 2021, our company received customers who specializes in warehousing in the Philippines. They were inquiring about tire racks. It was the first time they used tire racks. They were unprofessional and did not understand them.
When we picked up customers from the airport in the morning, their faces were very serious. We guessed that the customer was not happy because they was wearing too little clothes and it was very cold. So I asked the customer if they are visiting China for the first time? Are you still used to it? The customers are just perfunctory saying no problem.

 

●After the visit, the customers approve the product quality

 

After arriving, we led the customers to visit the factory and workshop, and then tested the folding and use of the tire rack samples. In the meeting room, we repeatedly confirmed the details with the factory technical director and production director, such as: how to use, how to maintain, service period, etc., we patiently answered them one by one. At the same time, we also showed customers the 1SO9001 certification and related material certificates, and showed our seven major systems (from design to after-sales service system) to customers on the spot. Until the customers confirm that this is the supplier and product they are looking for, the smile appeared on their faces.

Realistic factory view

 

●Customers are worried about not being able to find a suitable supplier
When we had dinner with clients in the evening, we talked about why they were not in a good mood in the morning. The customers said YST is the third factory they visited, the two factories they visited earlier, one was small in scale, like a small workshop; the quality of another product is very worrying, it is not smooth to use and the safety is not enough. They are in a hurry for this project, the warehouse is waiting for this batch of goods to be used. If the purchase is not available, the storage turnover cost will be greatly increased, and labor and time will be wasted. This is a huge additional expense for their company.

 

●Since then, we have been working together until now

 

After visiting the factory and testing samples, they determined that YST was the supplier they were looking for! With our tire racks, the storage rate and turnover rate of their warehouse will be greatly improved, and the cost will be greatly reduced! In the end, the customer bought thousands of tire racks from us, and we have been cooperating so far. We are very grateful for the customers' recognition of us.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: provide the high quality products and perfect services that meet our customers' needs and leave them feeling satisfied. That's what made us go hand in hand to where we are today.
