Heavy Duty Stack Pallet Rack
A heavy duty stack pallet rack is designed for storing and stacking heavy or oversized goods in demanding industrial environments. It features a reinforced steel base that is larger than standard stacking racks, allowing safer storage of long or heavy items. Manufactured from Q235 mild steel, the rack offers higher strength and better durability than Q195 steel, ensuring stable performance under loads of up to 2000kg. The rack includes one base and four removable posts, making it easy to assemble, disassemble, and fold by a single worker. Depending on the post height, units can be stacked 2–6 levels high, optimizing warehouse space. With proper use and minimal maintenance, the rack can last around five years, providing long-term cost efficiency. It is widely used in warehousing, logistics, machinery manufacturing, and heavy industry storage.
